Distributed System Health Monitoring Dashboard

Description

Enhanced and extended an existing MVC application used to monitor the operational status of multiple clinical document transfer hubs. The system automatically queried over one hundred EDT hubs at timed intervals, checking connectivity, response health, and message flow.

Implemented real-time status updates with visual indicators to highlight failing or degraded hubs, enabling rapid response from senior support teams. Added functionality for staff to record comments and track investigation notes directly within the interface, improving communication and auditability. The project focused on reliability, automation, and providing clear operational visibility across a large network of clinical document transfer endpoints.
